A Glass of Motivation
Imagine if you were told the exact moment down to the second, that you will pass.
What would you do differently as the clock ticked closer to the time you were due?
Would your behaviours become more eccentric, or would you hold close those who matter most?
Would you have a plan to maximise the value of your time on this earth?
What difference does knowing exactly when you will be gone, or having it all as a surprise make to each individual?
There is with no certainty, that you are owed a “tomorrow”, it’s funny that we just kind of assume that it is our right. We live in such a way as though we are guaranteed a tomorrow, a next week, a next year. But how do we know?
We don’t, it’s our naivety. We become complacent, too certain that we are owed a tomorrow so we drag our feet for days, weeks sometimes months. When should striving for improvement, it doesn’t have to be massive milestones and goals on a daily basis. Just little steps towards happiness, ones that bring that warm feeling inside, that little smile you give to yourself, the praise we owe ourselves. Life is precious, time is valuable. We should maximise it in a way that we will be proud of.
Your life is your story, make it one that brings you joy, and make it unapologetically your way.
Live in the moment because you won't live forever.

A story that I have the power to script, I will unapologetically do so with joy.
